ILS lab services has a excellent track record of offering services for and on Industry standard Gene Chip 3000 7G and Fully hand’s free Gene Titan Affymetrix microarray, AGENA MassARRAY Chip prep module and Ultra Long read Sequencing for multiple application both in industry and in academia.
At ILS we have developed workflow to achieve any high throughput requirement for SNP genotyping services. We have successfully processed more than 100K samples for genotyping and other microarray services.
At ILS we work hand in hand with our customer’s by extending exclusive support in project design, protocol optimization, assay design, data analysis and the work is acknowledged and cited in multiple publications.
We have been partnered with Indian Scientific fraternity for custom design of high multiplexing and throughput genotyping assay on Axiom technology for various crops on customer owned SNP markers. Here list of few of custom design Rice, Pigeon pea, Chick Pea, cotton, groundnut, Tobacco etc. We also partnered with academia and private players to develop low multiplexing and high throughput genotyping assays.
